D link validating identity message
Are you receiving an endless "Validating Identity" connection status when trying to connect to a wireless network.
In a few simple steps you can bypass Windows Validation, and the resulting "Limited or No Connectivity" issue on an encrypted connection.
While opening the Services Directory application or even at the time of connecting to a Web service, users may come across with the following error following message returns which will appear like this: “Identity Error: Server could not authenticate the supplied identity”.
According to the TP-Link router support team, this issue simply applies to Arc GIS Server for the Microsoft . TP-Link router customer support technicians at our department work 24 hours 365 days in a year to resolve all types of TP-Link technical issues in a highly professional and customized manner.
So if you have access (could be physical access, including say a stolen laptop) you will be able to find the key which will allow any system access to the network... However Im still confused of why all of the sudden validating identity shows up right after I replaced the router from DI-624 to DIR-655. All I did was released the IP before I shut down DI-624 and plug the DIR-655 in powered DIR-655 up and off I go.
The wireless connection of this system works fine, but when connected via the LAN connector, you will see that little connection animation (which you see when you get a DHCP address assigned as well)but only now it tells "Validating Identity" The connection works so their is no real problem, it's just very annoying.
